MISE is committed to meeting the requirements of the Ghana Data Protection Act 843 (2012) and the European General Data Protection Regulation 673 (2016) and being transparent about how it collects and uses applicant’s personal data.

We will only use or disclose this information for the purposes for which it was collected and will not disclose this information without consent from the relevant individual (parent/guardian), if the disclosure is related to the purpose for which it was collected or if required to do so by law.
